Two working days in a conference venue near the Champs-Élysées, closed by a private dinner on a Seine boat. Day three belongs to Champagne: a fast train from Paris to Reims takes about 45 minutes, then comes a visit to a chalk cellar dug into the hillside and a long lunch in an Épernay house with room for all 40 at one table. Everyone is back in Paris by evening, which suits executives who still have calls to take.

The group is based in Cannes, about 40 minutes by road from Nice airport. A morning regatta in the Bay of Cannes turns sales teams into rival crews, and the afternoon is free for the beach. One evening goes east along the corniche to a private dining room above the harbour in Monaco. The last night is a long table on a private beach.

One group takes over a private château near Gordes, roughly an hour and a quarter from Marseille Provence airport. Mornings are workshops in a vaulted salon. Afternoons are outdoors: a guided bike ride through lavender fields (late June to late July), a pétanque tournament on gravel, a cooking class around a farm table with a Provençal chef. Dinner is on the terrace after sunset, when the stone still holds the heat.

Large groups are the reason to pick an estate with its own barrel hall: it seats 120 for the keynote, and the brand story is already on the walls. Before dinner, a blending workshop splits the room into tables of eight, each building its own cuvée with a winemaker. Coaches run from Bordeaux-Mérignac airport and Saint-Jean station, and a late shuttle takes everyone back after the gala.

Twenty executives, a seaside château near Bayeux and no slides after 5 pm. Strategy sessions run in the morning. In the afternoon the group walks the D-Day beaches with a historian, which gives leadership conversations a different weight. Evenings are quiet: Norman cider, a seafood dinner, an early night. Paris is about two and a half hours away by train or private coach.
